Straight answers
Questions about this module
Why is this cabinet 643 mm deep and not 656?
The 13 mm is taken off the front so the appliance fascia and the lid hinge sit flush with the neighbouring modules rather than proud of them. It is the most common ordering mistake on the range.
What is the difference between HW-03 and HW-06?
Both are oven cabinets. HW-03 is the wide 1,182 mm version at 643 mm deep; HW-06 is the 800 mm version at 656 mm. Same function, different width and depth.
Can the opening be cut on site?
No. It is cut and finished at the factory. Cutting a finished stainless cabinet on site destroys the edge return, and a wet cut edge is where corrosion starts.

What usually sits next to it
Because every module shares the same height and depth, any of these lines up without adjustment.
