Privacy policy: what we collect, and what we do with it
The short version of this privacy policy: we collect what you send us to answer a quote, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it. Below is the detail behind that sentence.

01 Who we are
BOGEQI is a manufacturer of modular stainless steel outdoor kitchen cabinets, based in Beijiao, Shunde, Foshan, Guangdong, China. This site and the enquiries it generates are run by that company. Anything you send through this website reaches us directly — there is no lead broker in between.
02 What we collect when you send an enquiry
- What you type. Your name, email address, country, the grill make and model, your run length, finish choice and any notes you add. All of it is voluntary except the fields marked as required to produce a quote.
- Files you upload. Grill cut-out drawings, site photos, sketches. These are stored with the enquiry so the person quoting you can see them.
- Where it came from. Which page you sent the form from, so we know whether the question came from a product page or a guide.
We do not collect payment details, we do not run a customer account system, and we do not ask for anything we do not need to answer the question you asked.
03 What we collect automatically
Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps. These exist because any web server keeps them, and they are used for security and for counting visits — not for building a profile of you.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run a third-party remarketing pixel on this site, and we do not sell or rent traffic data.

05 Who sees it
Our own sales and technical staff, and nobody else, with two narrow exceptions:
- Freight forwarders. Once an order exists, the delivery address and contact number go to the forwarder handling that shipment. Not before.
- Our email and hosting providers. Enquiries pass through these services as a matter of course. They process data on our instruction and do not use it for their own purposes.
We do not share enquiry data with other manufacturers, with lead generation services, or with anyone who would contact you about something else.
06 Your rights
Write to stone@bogeqi.com and we will, within 30 days:
- tell you what we hold about you, in plain text;
- correct anything wrong;
- delete it, unless an order or an export record obliges us to keep it — in which case we will tell you exactly which record and for how long.
We will not ask you to justify the request. A one-line email is enough.
07 Emails we send
If you send an enquiry, we reply to it. We do not add you to a newsletter automatically, and a quote is not a subscription. If we ever send something that is not a direct reply, it will have an unsubscribe link that works without asking you to log in.
08 Changes to this policy
If this page changes materially — a new category of data, a new recipient — the date at the top changes with it. We do not quietly edit a policy and leave the date alone.

Enquiry details
The name, email, country and any message you send through the form or by email. Held so we can answer.
Configuration files
The module list, widths and grill model you asked us to price. Without it we cannot re-quote the same kitchen six months later.
Quote documents
The PDF and drawings we send back. Kept while the quote is live, which is 15 days unless you ask us to extend it.
Order and delivery records
Only if you place an order: the invoice, the packing list and the address the freight forwarder needs.
Page analytics
Aggregate page views and referrers. No cross-site profile is built and no advertising network receives this data.

Do you sell or rent enquiry data?
No. Enquiry data is not sold, rented or traded to anyone, and it is not passed to an advertising network. The only third parties that see it are the freight forwarder and, where a claim exists, our insurer — and only the fields they need.
How long do you keep a quote?
A quote is valid for 15 days. The record behind it is kept while that quote is open, so we can honour the price if you come back inside the window. After that the file is archived rather than deleted, because a repeat order usually starts from the previous drawing.
Can I ask for my data to be deleted?
Yes. Email the address you used and ask for deletion. We remove the enquiry and any drawings attached to it. Order and invoice records are the exception: accounting rules require those to be retained, so they stay but nothing else is kept alongside them.
Do you use tracking pixels or advertising cookies?
No advertising pixels are installed. Analytics is aggregate and server-side; there is no remarketing tag on any page, which is also why you will not be followed around the internet after reading one article.
