Outdoor kitchen cabinets: you buy a run, not a cabinet
Ten cabinets, one height. Nine of the ten share the same depth too, so a run is a choice of fixed widths placed side by side — not a range you cut to fit. Pick the modules your cooking needs, add the widths, and that is your footprint.
By layout
Start from the shape of your space
Six proven combinations. Each one is a cabinet mix we can quote as a set, and each is adjustable.
A1
BBQ island
Sink + grill + storage in one freestanding run. No wall required.
2.4 – 4 m
A2
L-shape run
A 1,075 mm corner cabinet joins the two legs without losing the worktop.
Two walls
A3
Straight run
The alfresco classic. Long single line, fridge at one end.
3 – 5 m
A4
Balcony & compact
Two or three modules, no overhang, full-depth sink still included.
Under 2.4 m
A5
Corner layouts
Left-deep or right-deep handing, chosen by the direction the run turns.
Inside corner
A6
Fridge & storage wall
Cold, dry and waste in one line. Best under a roof or pergola.

Ten cabinets, one dimension grid
Widths in millimetres, fixed — not a range. Every cabinet is 900 mm high. All are 656 mm deep except the grill cabinet, which is 643 mm. Every row opens the full spec sheet.

Fixed widths only. The one depth exception is HW-03, the wide oven cabinet at 643 mm — the 13 mm is taken off the front so the appliance fascia sits flush with the modules either side instead of proud of them.
Two more numbers complete the range and are not cabinets: HW-11 and HW-12 are the 18 mm end panels that close an exposed left or right side of a run, finished in the same face as the door.
Before you pick a single module, measure three numbers.
Wall length available, wall height to any obstruction, and the distance from wall to the edge of your deck or step. Get those three and the layout narrows itself to two options in most yards.

Top and finish
Two decisions left after the layout
The counter and the colour are the two things people notice from across the garden. Both are quoted separately so you can see what each is costing you.
Counter · option 01
304 stainless, fabricated as one piece
- Welded, ground and passivated — no joint for water to sit in
- Integral sink and upstand possible in the same sheet
- Warm to look at under lighting, not cold blue like thin sheet
- Heavier. Needs two people and a dry fit
Counter · option 02
Outdoor quartz or sintered stone
- Stone look, thick edge, colour to match the house
- Undermount sink cut by the fabricator, sealed on site
- Edges are the weak point — we specify a square edge, not a thin bevel
- Quoted per slab and per cut, so it is priced after measuring

Anything outside these three is a custom colour and carries a one-off colour-matching charge. Tell us the RAL or a sample and we will confirm before you commit.
Before you order
Five questions that come up every time
Can I order just one cabinet?
Yes. There is no minimum order on a custom build, so a single module for a trial installation is fine. Standard modules ordered in volume are cheaper per unit, and mixed models can be combined to reach that volume.
Do all the cabinets really share the same height and depth?
Yes — 900 mm high and 656 mm deep across the range, which is what lets you join any combination into one flat run. The one exception is the grill cabinet at 643 mm deep: the fascia is set back so a grill lid can open past the counter edge.
What if my grill is not on your list?
Almost none are, and that is fine. The opening and the gas entry are cut to your grill's own cut-out drawing. Send the make and model, or a photo of the rating plate, and we will confirm the opening before production.
Is the counter included?
It is quoted as a separate line, in either stainless or stone. We do this deliberately: the counter is roughly a third of the visible result but a much smaller share of the cost, and buyers prefer to see the split rather than one blended figure.
How long from order to dispatch?
A full custom build is 35–40 days depending on complexity. If you order cabinet bodies only — no doors, end panels or counter — those are stocked components and run at 20–25 days. Doors, end panels and counters are made to order, so any order containing them follows the longer schedule.
