01 / FIT
Will it fit my space and my grill?
All cabinets share one height and one depth, so a run is just widths added up. Grill cut-outs are made to your model, not to ours.
Outdoor kitchens · 304 stainless
Stainless steel outdoor cabinets, cut to fit the grill you already own. Assembled, on castors, levelled by two people in a weekend — not a joinery job.
Render — design visualisation, not a photograph of a finished site
Before you buy anything
Nobody hesitates over a cabinet because they want more photos. They hesitate over fit, rot and assembly. Here is where each answer lives.
01 / FIT
All cabinets share one height and one depth, so a run is just widths added up. Grill cut-outs are made to your model, not to ours.
02 / SURVIVAL
Full 304 body, aluminium honeycomb core, sealed edges. The coating was tested for 1500 hours of salt spray and 1500 hours of artificial weathering by a third party.
03 / ASSEMBLY
Cabinets arrive whole. You roll them into place, bolt them together, level on the castors, drop the counter on. No cutting, no carcass building.
By layout, not by cabinet
A cabinet list tells you nothing about whether it suits your deck. Start from the shape of your space instead.
A1
One run, freestanding, no wall needed. Sink, grill and prep in about 3.5 m.
2.4 – 4 m of wall
A2
Turns a corner so the cook stays in the conversation. One 1,075 mm corner cabinet decides the handing.
Two walls meeting
A3
Depth stays at 656 mm. Two or three cabinets, no overhang, still a real sink.
Under 2.4 m of run
A4
Cold, dry and rubbish all in one line, so the run never looks cluttered.
Under a roofThe reverse fit
Most suppliers sell you a hole and hope your grill drops in. We cut the opening and the gas connections to whatever grill you already own — and machine the vent slots into the front panel so the firebox can breathe.
Not you fitting the cabinet. The cabinet fitting your grill.
| Grill make and model | A photo of the rating plate is enough |
|---|---|
| Cut-out drawing | Or the manufacturer's spec sheet |
| Gas type and entry side | LPG or natural; left or right |
| Built-in or cart | Determines the cabinet depth we quote |
No grill yet? We quote the cabinet with a reserved opening and you fit the grill later.
Four parts, four answers
Ingress almost never starts in the middle of a door. It starts at the core, the edge and the hinge. Those are the three places we spend the money.
Installation
You are not building a carcass. The cabinet arrives as a finished box on castors — you are placing, joining and levelling.
Castors are already fitted. Roll each cabinet to its mark, roughly in order of the run.
Cabinets bolt to each other through the side panels. Two bolts per joint, hand-tight first.
Adjust each castor until the top rails read level across the whole run. This is the step that decides whether the counter sits flush.
Counter drops on and fixes from inside. Sink and grill go into factory-cut openings, gas connects to the tail you specified.
Delivery and aftercare
This is the part buyers read twice. We would rather put it on the homepage than bury it on page four.
Quotes exclude freight
Freight is quoted per order, per destination, because a pallet to Perth and a pallet to Rotterdam are not the same number. You see the freight line before you approve anything.
A forklift must be on site
Pallets are delivered to the kerb. Somebody needs a forklift or a crane to get them off the truck — that is a site requirement, not a fee we can absorb.
We re-ship first, claim later
If something arrives damaged, replacement parts go out before the insurance conversation starts. We chase the carrier and the insurer — you get a usable kitchen.
Guides
Written for the person measuring their own yard, not for a search engine. No fluff, and every number is one we can stand behind.
Cabinet bodies can be mixed across models to reach a container. No account terms, no hidden tier table — one quote, one price, valid 15 days.
