Terms of sale: the order they happen in
These terms of sale cover quotes, orders, delivery and warranty, written to be read before you order rather than after something goes wrong — which is why the exclusions are in the same size type as the promises.

01 Quotes and their validity
A quote is valid for 15 days from the date on it. Prices move because steel, coating and freight move, so a quote older than 15 days is re-issued rather than honoured. This is not a negotiating position; it is what the material market does.
Quotes are quoted per order. There is no published price list, because module mix, finish, worktop and destination change the number by more than the cabinets do. Every quote itemises the cabinets, the worktop, the grill (if supplied by us) and the freight as separate lines.
02 What is and is not included
| Included | The modules as specified, factory-fitted hardware, the grill opening cut to the drawing you approve, and crating for export |
|---|---|
| Not included | Freight. Duty, tax and import clearance. Installation. Gas connection and pressure testing. Electrical work. The grill, sink, tap or fridge unless the quote names them |
| Freight | Quoted separately per order and per destination. It fluctuates and we will not pretend otherwise |
03 Orders
An order exists when we have your written confirmation of the specification and the deposit has cleared. Until both are true we have not started cutting, and a verbal agreement is not an order.
- Deposit and balance. 50% with the order, 50% before shipment, unless the quotation for that specific order states otherwise. We do not offer credit terms to new accounts.
- Changes after deposit. A change to width, cut-out, colour or worktop after production starts is a new order for the affected parts, priced as such.
- Cancellation. Before production starts, the deposit is returned less any material already cut to your specification. After it starts, cut material is not resaleable.
04 Lead times
Lead time depends entirely on what you ordered, and the two figures are not interchangeable:
| Stock-line cabinet bodies only | 20–25 days |
|---|---|
| A full kitchen, including doors, end panels and worktop | 35–40 days |
The 20–25 day figure applies only to an order of cabinet bodies with no doors, no end panels and no worktop. Doors, end panels and worktops are made to order and do not come off stock. A reorder is not faster than a first order.
05 Drawings and specifications
We supply CAD drawings as PDF, 3D visuals and a product manual. We do not supply a technical specification document for your fabricator to re-engineer from — the design work is ours, and the drawings we issue are the build.
You are responsible for confirming that the dimensions on the approved drawing match your site before you countersign. Once a drawing is approved and production starts, a mismatch discovered later is a rework, not an error on our side.
06 Warranty
| Cabinet structure | 10 years |
|---|---|
| Door panels | 1 year |
| Worktop | 1 year |
| Hardware | Per the component supplier's standard |
Excluded from all of the above: normal wear, damage from acid or alkaline cleaning agents, damage from a site that was not prepared as agreed, and anything caused by installation or by gas or electrical work carried out locally.
Project and commercial installations are not covered by the residential schedule above. Cabinets going into a public, hospitality or commercial setting are warranted on delivery and against factory defects found at acceptance. We do not warrant them for the long term, because we do not control how they are used or maintained in a public setting. This is stated here so that nobody discovers it later.
07 Delivery and damage
Before dispatch every unit is trial-assembled at the factory, which is how we rule out defects that existed before shipping. Damage that happens in transit is covered by the freight insurance.
The claim process runs in one direction only: we replace the damaged part first, then claim from the carrier and the insurer. You do not wait for an insurance decision to get a replacement door.
Unloading requires a forklift on site. This is a hard requirement — a crated kitchen cannot be unloaded by hand, and a failed delivery attempt is charged by the forwarder.
08 Site use
The text, drawings and photographs on this site are ours. You may quote and share them when discussing a project with us, and you may not republish them commercially or present them as your own.
Every dimension stated on this site is a real supplied dimension in millimetres. Where we do not know something — a test result that does not exist, a number we have not measured — the page says so instead of estimating.

In order
The order these terms follow
Each step below is also a point where the terms change. Read them in this sequence and the rest is detail.
Quote
Written against one configuration. Valid 15 days from issue, because material and freight rates move.
Drawing
The CAD layout is produced and approved before cutting. Changes after approval are a new quotation.
Deposit
50% at order confirmation. Production is scheduled by the deposit date, not the enquiry date.
Production and balance
35–40 days for a full custom set; 20–25 days for cabinet bodies only, meaning no doors, end panels or worktop. The balance is due before dispatch.
Delivery
Third-party freight, quoted per order. Unloading needs a forklift on site, and that is the buyer's arrangement, not the seller's.
Common questions
Questions the terms usually raise
Short answers first. The clause that governs each one is above.
What does “15-day validity” actually lock?
The price for the configuration as quoted: module list, widths, finish and worktop. It does not lock freight, which is quoted per shipment, and it does not survive a change of configuration — a different module list is a new quote.
Who owns the drawings you produce?
The drawing is supplied for the order it was made for. It is not licensed for a third party to manufacture from, and it is not resold. If you need drawings for your own submittal, ask and we will issue a stamped set for that purpose.
What is excluded from the warranty?
Natural wear, damage from standing water that could not drain, acid or alkaline cleaning agents, and anything altered on site after delivery. Structure is covered for 10 years, doors and worktops for 1 year, hardware to the supplier's terms.
Can an order be cancelled after the deposit?
Before cutting starts, yes, against the work already done on the drawing. Once panels are cut the order is configuration-specific and cannot be resold, so the deposit is not returned at that point.

What counts as a specification change
Most disputes start here. A change to any of these four numbers is a new quotation, not an adjustment.
